Leavitt beat Cony 4-0 at home on October 8, a third straight win that moved Leavitt to 9-1 and snapped a 4 game winning streak for Cony, now 7-3-1.
The result reshuffled the top of Class B North on the Heal Points board. Leavitt climbed from No. 5 to No. 3, and Cony slid from No. 2 to No. 4.
It was Leavitt's seventh shutout of the season. Through 10 games, Leavitt is scoring 6.3 goals a game and allowing 0.7, which means opposing forwards have mostly been visiting the Leavitt cage the way tourists visit Maine in October: briefly, and in small numbers.
Cony came in scoring 4.1 goals a game and allowing 1.2 through 11 games. Both teams also saw their DSI, the Depth of Schedule Index that measures the strength of who they have played, rise with this one: Leavitt from 10 to 14, Cony from 46 to 61.
Last season, on October 9, 2025, Cony won the meeting 2-1 at home. This time it was Leavitt's turn.
Both teams are back on the road Tuesday, October 13, with Leavitt at Belfast and Cony at Oceanside.
