These terms govern your use of Analytics207. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions? Email admin@analytics207.com.
Analytics207 is a sports analytics platform covering Maine high school athletics. We publish team ratings, player statistics, race and meet results, predictions, and editorial articles. The service includes a free tier and a paid tier (All Access). We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18 you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings page or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the service.
All Access is a paid subscription billed monthly. The current price is $7.99 per month. Payments are processed by a PCI compliant third party payment processor. By subscribing you authorize Analytics207 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If we materially change pricing or features, we will notify subscribers in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Refunds are issued at our discretion for technical issues that prevented you from using the paid service for an extended period. Email admin@analytics207.com if you believe you are owed a refund.
The service lets registered users submit content (insights articles, photographs, fan score reports, comments, contributor profile pages, and similar). You retain ownership of any content you submit.
By submitting content you grant Analytics207 a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content as part of the service. This license ends when you delete the content, with the exception of copies that have already been distributed (for example, content embedded in archived newsletters or shared by other users).
You represent and warrant that any content you submit is yours to license, does not infringe any third party rights, and complies with the conduct rules below.
You agree not to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Analytics207 publishes only the athlete name, school, grade, event, and performance for athletes on its ranking and statistics pages. We do not publish home addresses, phone numbers, or other personal contact information for athletes.
If you are an athlete, parent, or guardian who would like an athlete profile removed from public ranking pages, email admin@analytics207.com with the athlete name, school, and graduation year. We will respond and process the request within 14 days.
Predictions, ratings, projections, and rankings produced by GameIQ and the rest of our analytics surface are generated by automated rating systems based on historical data. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not advice. They are not a guarantee of future performance. They are not for use in gambling or wagering.
We do our best to publish accurate data, but data feeds and source results occasionally contain errors. You should treat any individual number as a best effort representation, not a court of record. If you spot an error, email admin@analytics207.com and we will look into it.
The Analytics207 name, logo, wordmarks, page designs, original editorial content, rating systems (including GameIQ, PIR, DSI, the 207, the Cutline, and any other named product or feature), and the underlying analytics methodology are owned by Analytics207. You are granted a limited, revocable, non transferable license to use the service for personal, non commercial purposes.
Underlying public data (game scores, race times, etc.) is public information and we do not claim proprietary ownership of those facts. Our compilation, organization, and analytics presentation of that data are protected.
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to admin@analytics207.com that includes:
We will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analytics207 disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analytics207 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Analytics207 in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Analytics207 harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these terms, or (c) any content you submit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Penobscot County, Maine, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. For material changes that affect your rights or your subscription, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
