We Built an Entire Wing of This Site for Track and Field
Not a page. Not a tab. An entire section with over 20 dedicated pages covering every angle of Maine high school Track and Field. We may have a problem.
But here is the thing: nobody else is doing this. Nobody is tracking 6,200 athletes across every event, every meet, every personal best, and then building tools that let you compare, rank, and obsess over the data. So we did.
What We Are Tracking
Everything. 52,975 individual results. 17,433 personal bests. Every sprinter, every distance runner, every jumper, every thrower. If you competed in Maine high school Track and Field, you are in here.
We are not just storing numbers in a spreadsheet and calling it a day. We built tools that actually help coaches, athletes, and fans understand what the numbers mean.
Pages Worth Bookmarking
The Athlete Profiles
Every single athlete has their own page. Their results, their PRs, their progression over time. Want to know if your 400m runner is actually getting faster or just had one good day? Now you know.
Progression Tracker
Visual charts showing how marks change over the course of a season. This is the page that coaches use when they need ammunition for the you are doing better than you think conversation. Or the other conversation.
Rising Stars
Athletes who are improving at a rate that deserves attention. Not the kids who were already fast. The kids who are getting fast. The ones who showed up in September throwing 30 feet and are now throwing 38. Those kids.
Under the Radar
Our favorite page. These are athletes putting up top 20% marks in their events but flying completely under the radar because they have fewer results. Quiet overachievers. The kids who do not post about every PR on social media but probably should.
Depth Charts
Want to know how your school stacks up in the 800m, top to bottom? Depth charts show the top 8 athletes in key events for every school. This is where you find out if your team is deep or if you are one injury away from a forfeit.
School vs. School
Head to head matchup comparisons. Pick two schools, see who wins each event on paper. Emphasis on on paper because we all know Track and Field does not care about your projections.
State Predictor
Who is safe for states? Who is on the bubble? Who needs to shave two seconds off their 3200 and also probably pray? We rate every athlete as Safe, Bubble, or Needs Improvement based on current marks versus qualifying standards.
Podium Chasers
Athletes who are this close to hitting a podium standard. Sometimes the difference between almost and actually is just knowing exactly how close you are.
The Outdoor Season Is Coming
All of this data carries into the 2026 outdoor season starting in April. New meets, new PRs, new Rising Stars. The database is ready. The pages are built. We are just waiting for you to go run something fast.
Or throw something far. Or jump something high. We do not discriminate.
